DescriptionBackground:
Founded by Sin Meng Charity Association, the Creche Sin Meng began to offer child care service to the public on 10 November 2014.

Objectives:
It caters to the growth rhythm, natural mode of development and learning of infant and respects their individual differences. Guided by a child-oriented philosophy in child care, the staff and teams of the Creche work in cooperation with parents to give their infant a happy childhood in a safe and wholesome environment that allows a healthy development of body and mind.

Targets:
(1) Avoid infant from being left unattended at home or neglected.
(2) Offer parents with child care service at designated hours to alleviate their domestic workload and daily stress.
(3) Offer infant a well-balanced activity program aimed at their holistic development through identifying their learning abilities.

Contents and Area:
1. Placing equal importance on care and development: by way of daily mentoring, in the form of story-telling, arts and crafts, music sessions, cognitive and physical training, infant are instilled with a capacity for self-care, healthy eating habit and routines, social skills and develop their different potentials. These are essential for their future well-being.
2. Component of child care teams: social workers professionally qualified and experienced teachers, health care manager and a staff of employees.
