Description | Background: Founded on 2 October 1989, Creche “Mong-Há” da Federação das Associações dos Operários de Macau, run by the Macao Federation of Trade Unions, aims to provide assistance to employees of different professions in look aftering their young children. The place and facilities of the nursery are provided by the government and it is managed by the Macao Federation of Trade Unions, Objectives: Our creche is committed to providing high-quality childcare services for employees and citizens of all walks of life. Offers employees and the general public a helping hand with childcare. Provides young children with a sound foundation for future learning through assorted nurturing activites. Targets: Provides assistance to employees of different professions in look aftering their young children. Helps young children to adapt to group life. Development of healthy life habits in young children. Enables them to stay healthy and grow in happiness. Contents and Area: • Provide young children with adequate care in a safe and clean environment conducive to their healthy development. • Provide them with a nutritionally balanced diet, assorted fruits and afternoon refreshments. • Provide guidance catering to their developmental needs to help them build good character traits. • Inspire them to harness their potentials through games, storytelling, Orff music education and different types of activities, and cultivate their self-care abilities and basic etiquettes during everyday life activities. • Organize outdoor family activities to improve communication between young children and their parents. Caregivers of young children introduce them to games that stimulate their intellectual development and exercise their body. Healthcare staff prepares nutritious lunch, afternoon refreshments and assorted fruits for their healthy development. Children are assigned to different classes based on their age. |
